Tonti Properties is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of community common areas, model units, and vacant apartments, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and prospective tenants.

The role involves cleaning leasing offices, clubhouses, and other facilities, preparing vacant units, stocking supplies, and following safety protocols to support a well-maintained property in Tampa.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities
