Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join our team. The associate will ensure rooms and public areas are clean and sanitized, stock rooms with essentials, and follow safety procedures to meet high standards of guest comfort.

The role emphasizes strong guest service, teamwork, and reliable performance in a fast-paced hotel setting, with opportunities for development within our growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hotel cleaning is a plus.
• Strong customer-service mindset and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Willingness to follow safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety procedures and hotel policies.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property and services for guest inquiries.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items left behind and report using lost-and-found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
