Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in San Juan, Puerto Rico seeks a dynamic Room Attendant to join our guest-focused team. You will clean and sanitize guest rooms, replace linens, and maintain safety standards while delivering courteous service.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and works well in a team. We offer daily pay, telemedicine, multiple health options, 401k with company match, PTO and more to support growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards.
• Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours and surroundings.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests have left behind and report them per lost-and-found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
