Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Room Attendant in Jacksonville, FL to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort across rooms and public areas.

As a service-oriented team member, you will clean, sanitize, restock supplies, and support safety procedures while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This Full-time position offers flexibility and benefits aligned with our hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to hotel standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, hours, and surroundings.
• Stock rooms with consumables and amenities.
• Identify items guests leave behind and report them per Lost and Found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned
