Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures as required by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours and surroundings.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, glasses and other essentials.
• Identify items guests left behind and report per lost-and-found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED
