Job summary

Ardent Communities in Columbus, OH is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented housekeeper to maintain cleanliness across leasing offices, clubhouses, kitchens, models, and common areas at multiple properties.

The role involves daily cleaning tasks, preparing units 24 hours before new tenants move in, and supporting a well-presented community. Medical, dental & vision insurance and a 401k after one year are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multi-family or hotel housekeeping experience.
• Willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations.
• Bank account in your name for direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of the leasing offices, clubhouses, kitchen, model(s), hallways and/or any other common areas including vacuuming and dusting.
• Sparkling (light cleaning) a unit 24 hours prior to a new tenant moving into their new space.

The housekeeper position is a previous role we have that we are expanding to additional opportunities. This person will takes pride in having a clean and presentable space for any new and current residents.

We’re looking for a self-motivated person who is detail-oriented to maintain cleanliness and sanitation expectations. The role requires a dependable person who takes ownership, has the drive and time management skills necessary to keep a multi-family property looking exceptional year round.
