Job summary

5812 Investment Group is seeking a cleaning associate to float among four North Side Columbus properties. You will perform floors, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and general sweeping and dusting daily.

Responsibilities include maintaining vacant units, keeping laundry facilities clean, and reporting equipment or safety issues to supervisors. A high school diploma, driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Driver's license and valid car insurance are required.
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English is preferred.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with apps and software.
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning.
• Excellent Attendance.

• Sweep, wax and/or polish floors; dust/polish woodwork; dust vents; clean/scrub kitchen appliances and bathroom items such as sinks, toilets, tubs, and cabinets; wash windows; vacuum carpets/floors.
• Cleans the office, clubhouse, and restrooms prior to open of business daily.
• Cleaning and maintains models on a daily basis.
• Cleaning of corporate unit(s), if applicable.
• Cleans all vacant apartments as directed by supervisor.
• Keeps all vacant units fresh and odorless.
• Clean and maintain all laundry facilities on a daily basis.
• Pick up trash, debris, limbs, etc. from grounds and/or breezeways.
• Advise supervisor(s) when equipment, building(s) or structures are faulty or non-working, deteriorating, and/or causing unsafe environments for residents and/or staff.
• Perform additional duties requested by supervisor.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

This position will float between four of our properties on the North side of Columbus.
