MSNW Group seeks a Full-time Housekeeper to maintain clean, organized, and safe environments at client sites. You’ll work with a supportive team, following facility procedures and safety standards in Idaho. The role includes daily cleaning, laundry duties, and interaction with residents and staff.

The position requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Fingerprint background checks are required; E-Verify employer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize interiors, including floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces.
• Cleans assigned rooms and common areas daily according to facility procedures.
• Performs laundry duties (washing, drying, folding, distribution).
• Interact with residents, families and other personnel.
• Relate to residents in a courteous, empathetic manner.
• Disinfect high-contact areas; maintain cleaning supply inventory.
• Empty trash and recycling bins; perform restroom cleaning and restock supplies.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers when necessary.
• Report safety issues or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Complete cleaning tasks independently and on time.

We are seeking a Full-time Housekeeper who is passionate about creating clean, organized, and safe environments for our clients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout your assigned client sites while working with a supportive team that values excellence and integrity.

Shift:

Friday - Tuesday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Pay:

$16 - $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize interiors, including floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces
• Cleans (dust, dry mop, wet mop, sanitize, scrub) assigned resident rooms and common areas daily according to facility procedures.
• Performs laundry duties such as washing drying folding collecting and distributing facility linens and resident linens.
• Interacts appropriately with residents, families and other personnel
• Relate to residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner
• Disinfect high-contact areas such as desks, door handles, and office equipment
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and place orders as needed
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
• Perform restroom cleaning and restock supplies
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers when necessary
• Report on safety issues or maintenance needs to supervisors
• Complete cleaning tasks independently and on time
• Must be able to pass an Idaho State fingerprint background check
