Job summary

MSNW Group in Tacoma, WA is seeking a part-time janitor to keep client sites clean, organized and safe. The role covers Saturday and Sunday shifts from 12 PM to 8 PM, paying $24.04 per hour. You’ll work with a supportive team and contribute to a reliable facility services program.

The ideal candidate has strong work ethic, reliability, and physical stamina for long shifts. Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and pride in delivering high-quality service.
• Physically capable of standing and performing physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• 2+ years of cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize interiors, including floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces.
• Disinfect high-contact areas such as desks, door handles, and office equipment.
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
• Perform restroom cleaning and restock supplies.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers when necessary.
• Report safety issues or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Complete cleaning tasks independently and on time.

We are seeking a part-time Janitor who is passionate about creating clean, organized, and safe environments for our clients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout your assigned client sites while working with a supportive team that values excellence and integrity.

Shift:

Saturday – Sunday | 12PM - 8PM

Pay:

$24.04 per hour
