Job summary

MSNW in Spokane, WA seeks a full-time Lead Janitor / Floater to maintain clean, safe environments across multiple sites between Spokane, WA and Post Falls, ID. You will inspect sites, supervise staff, assign duties, and step in for cleaning tasks as needed.

The role requires reliable transportation and willingness to travel. This position offers a Monday–Friday 5:00 PM–1:00 AM shift with pay ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour DOE, mileage reimbursement, and benefits including health care and

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections across Spokane, WA and Post Falls, ID sites.

• Supervise and schedule janitorial staff; monitor attendance and absences.
