Job summary

MSNW Group LLC is seeking a full-time Janitor Associate Supervisor to oversee janitorial staff across client sites. The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, inventory control, and safety, with a 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM shift, Monday through Friday and some weekends.

The position pays $25 per hour and requires Microsoft software proficiency and reliable performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, dependable work ethic, and the ability to train and guide team members

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Must have an insurable driving record and a driver license.
• Successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial staff and schedule shifts to ensure coverage.
• Inspect staff work to ensure established cleaning standards are met.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment and monitor usage.
• Inventory supplies and inform management when reordering is needed.
• Assist with screening and hiring of new applicants.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on procedures and safety.
• Resolve conflicts and address issues among staff promptly.
• Lead admin tasks using Microsoft Office and other software.

We are seeking a full-time Janitor Associate Supervisor passionate about creating clean, organized, and safe environments for our clients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout your assigned client sites while working with a supportive team that values excellence and integrity. The Janitorial Associate Supervisor must be able to supervise the work activities performed by the janitorial staff. The janitorial supervisor's responsibilities include assisting with scheduling staff shifts, monitoring staff attendance, and reporting absences.

Shift:

Monday - Friday, some weekends | 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Pay:

$25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of various cleaning methods and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, an outstanding janitorial supervisor will display effective leadership skills to ensure the timely completion of staffs’ janitorial duties.
• Assigning janitorial duties to staff and regularly inspecting their work to ensure established standards are met.
• Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to janitorial staff as needed.
• Taking inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and informing management when supplies are depleted.
• Assisting with the screening and hiring of new job applicants.
• Providing training and guidance to janitorial staff.
• Efficiently resolving conflicts between janitorial staff.
• Attending meetings and in-service training sessions as required.
• Performing all janitorial duties necessary in instances of staff shortages.
• Organizational skills are a must!
• Computer skills are required. Must be able to use Microsoft software and manage all admin tasks in a timely and efficient manner while leading a janitorial crew.
• Open to working weekends to support operations.
