Job summary

At Drury Hotels, we are hiring full-time and part-time housekeepers to maintain clean rooms and common areas for business travelers and families. You will help ensure guest rooms meet our standards and support the team with daily tasks, including linen changes and housekeeping duties.

We offer a quarterly bonus up to $3,200, flexible schedules, paid time off, hotel discounts, and opportunities for growth with internal promotions.

Qualifications

• No prior cleaning experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and positive guest environment and ensure exceptional experiences.
• Vacuum, change linens, and keep bathrooms clean and shining.
• Inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information.
• Provide courteous guest service with a Service +1 attitude.
• Help with laundry and public spaces as needed.

What you will do

In this role, you’ll play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation. After a busy day at work or play, our guests will be able to rest easily knowing that we will take care of the rest. We offer cleaner rooms than our competition and the extras don't cost extra. As an essential team member at Drury Hotels, you will work on a team with other friendly customer focused team members completing daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens and making our bathrooms shine.

Requirements

• No previous cleaning experience required.
• Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
• Requires ability to walk, stand, push, vacuum, reach, stoop, lift 25-35 pounds intermitently during the work shift.
• Must follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Lo que harás

FUNCIONES BÁSICAS Y TAREAS LABORALES

• Realiza una variedad de servicios de limpieza del hotel para mantener limpias las habitaciones de los huéspedes de acuerdo con las normas establecidas.
• Inspecciona visualmente las habitaciones para ayudar a identificar los elementos de mantenimiento necesarios.
• Ayuda a los huéspedes siempre que sea posible proporcionándoles ropa de cama, toallas, comodidades, o información que soliciten.

CONOCIMIENTO GENERAL, HABILIDAD, Y CAPACIDAD

Experiencia

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES
