Job summary

Drury Hotels is hiring full-time and part-time housekeepers at our Orlando property. You will play a pivotal role in creating clean, welcoming spaces for business travelers and families. The role offers competitive pay starting at $20 per hour, plus quarterly bonuses up to $3,200, hotel discounts, and a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel rooms to established standards and ensure cleanliness.
• Vacuum, change linens, and maintain bathrooms to a high standard.
• Assist guests with bedding, towels, and amenities upon request.
• Maintain a positive guest experience and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Walk/stand during shift and occasionally lift 25–35 pounds as part of daily duties.

In this role, you'll play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation. Lo que harás:

Realiza una variedad de servicios de limpieza del hotel para mantener limpias las habitaciones de los huéspedes de acuerdo con las normas establecidas. Inspecciona visualmente las habitaciones para ayudar a identificar los elementos de mantenimiento necesarios. Ayuda a los huéspedes siempre que sea posible proporcionándoles ropa de cama, toallas, comodidades, o información que soliciten. Se te puede pedir que ayude en la lavandería/ limpiar los espacios públicos cuando sea necesario. Contribuye a mantener un ambiente de trabajo positivo en todo momento para nuestros diversos miembros de equipo y huéspedes. Drury Hotels están abiertos los 7 días de la semana y nuestros días más ocupados son los fines de semana (los sábados y domingos). Trabajar sábado y domingo puede ser un requisito para este puesto.
