Job summary

SpringHill Suites Elizabethtown is hiring a friendly housekeeper to maintain clean, inviting guest rooms and public areas in line with brand standards.

You will change linens, restock supplies, vacuum and ensure comfort and safety for guests while reporting maintenance concerns and assisting guests with inquiries. Prior housekeeping experience is welcome, but training is provided. We offer competitive pay, PTO, and travel discounts to support your career growth.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Replace used towels and restock amenities.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets.
• Dust furniture and clean surfaces.
• Restock beverages, food items, and room supplies as needed.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways and common spaces.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly.
• Assist guests with questions and requests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Help recover and report lost and found items.
• Follow all hotel safety, security, and cleanliness procedures.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are completed accurately and efficiently each shift.
