Meadowview Behavioral Hospital is seeking a compassionate Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe patient rooms, offices and public areas on day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, trash removal and restocking linens and supplies while following safety and infection control guidelines. Partial/full-time, with flexible hours and potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma.
• Experience: 1–2 years in housekeeping preferred.
• Crisis prevention/management training within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in patient rooms, offices and public areas.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, sweep and empty trash; ensure clean, safe spaces.
• Maintain linen supply and restock paper products, soap and essentials.
• Store supplies safely and report safety or infection control issues.
• Assist Housekeeping Supervisor and other staff as needed.

OIN OUR TEAM AS A HOUSEKEEPER!Status: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRNSchedule: Day, Evening, and Weekend ShiftsYour Work Matters How will you make a difference?We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at Meadowview Behavioral Hospital (MBH). In this role, you will be responsible for completing daily housekeeping routines, including cleaning patient rooms, offices, and public areas, while ensuring a safe, risk-preventative environment in compliance with The Joint Commission, CMS, state, and OSHA standards and regulations.Perform routine cleaning tasks of patient rooms, offices, and public areas.Vacuum, dust, mop, sweep, and take out the trash.Ensure that adequate linens are kept in the facility.Clean areas with disinfectants.Refill supplies (paper products, soap, etc.).Assures that supply closets are kept clean and orderly.Keep cleaning supplies and equipment safely stored when not in use and away from patients’ access when in use.Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor in other duties assigned.Assist other departmental staff, as requested.Report any situations that may affect the health and well-being of patients or employees.Assist in assuring a safe and risk-preventive environment.Comply with established measures for infection control, OSHA regulations, and Safety/Risk Management plans, policies, and procedures.Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:Education: High school diploma.Experience: Preferably one (2) years of experience in the housekeeping field.Additional Skill Requirements: Crisis prevention/management training within 30 days of employment and prior to assisting in a restraining procedure.
