Trinity Springs, a Cassia community in Oxford, FL, is hiring a Housekeeper to join our team. You will clean resident rooms and common areas, following schedules and safety protocols.

We offer full-time benefits including health coverage, PTO, and retirement matching. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with wages $15.50–$17.69 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must have valid Florida driver’s license.
• Prior housekeeping experience required.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred, but not required.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms and common areas.
• Follow scheduled Cleaning program and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Respond to clean-up requests from residents and staff as needed.
• Follow-through on projects with minimal supervision.
• Maintain detailed reports of ongoing and completed tasks.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, day rooms, dining areas and guest spaces.

Trinity Springs, a Cassia community, is hiring Housekeeper to join our team in Oxford, FL. At Trinity Springs you'll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day for residents and families alike.

As a Housekeeper at Trinity Springs, you will help clean residents' rooms and common areas such as the reception area and community living rooms. Our ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational skills and takes pride in their work.

Full-Time, benefits eligible position.

Shifts Available

Monday - Friday Days 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Wage Range

$15.50 - $17.69 /hour depending on experience

Housekeeper Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning ofresident rooms.
• Follow scheduled Cleaningprogram.
• Respond to clean uprequests by residents and staff to commonareas as needed.
• Follow-through on projects with little supervision.
• Lifting boxes and supplies - up to 50 pounds
• Perform manual tasks and carry out all given job related instructions.
• Keep detailed reports of ongoing and completed projects.
• Clean and sanitize public restrooms, day rooms and dining rooms, which may include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, washing and trash removal.
• Clean and sanitize guest apartments.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Housekeeper Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must have valid Florida driver’s license.
• Prior housekeeping experience required.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be polite and cordial to all staff,residents and, their guests.
• Must be able to use time wisely. Prioritization and time management skillsis a must have.
• Must be honest, loyal and trustworthy.
