Job summary

Holiday Inn Cincinnati Liberty Way is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring guests feel at home.

You will make beds, restock supplies, report maintenance issues, and help greet guests with a friendly attitude. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. We offer day shifts with room to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Able to complete assigned rooms within the scheduled shift
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds and replenishing toiletries
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture to brand standards
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
• Restock in-room supplies such as soap, shampoo, coffee, and stationery
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly
• Organize linen closet and restock cart for next shift
• Greet guests warmly and assist with needs during your shift

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing towels and toiletries
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures to brand standards
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
• Restock in-room supplies such as soap, shampoo, coffee, and stationery
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items to the appropriate department promptly
• Organize the linen closet and restock your cart at the end of each shift to prepare for the next day
• Greet guests warmly and assist with any immediate needs or requests encountered during your shift

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking for an entire shift, and bending, pushing, and pulling regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete assigned rooms within the scheduled shift
• Prior housekeeping, cleaning, or custodial experience preferred but not required
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
