Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms.
• Replace linens, towels and room amenities per hotel standards.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, shampoo, tissues and toilet paper.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Follow proper chemical handling procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed (washing, drying, folding linens).
• Follow all hotel policies, procedures and health/safety regulations.
