Job summary

Hellenic Management, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services Aide to support our seniors across communities.

You will perform housekeeping duties, clean offices and common areas, and ensure safety with handling cleaning chemicals, while delivering courteous, confidential service to residents and families. The role emphasizes resident privacy, professional communication, and a dependable schedule in a supportive nonprofit environment that serves aging adults nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to remain stationary 50-100% of the time.
• Ability to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move objects.

Responsibilities

• Performing housekeeping duties for the community.
• Cleaning offices, lounges, and the beauty shop.
• Follows safety rules and precautions for handling cleaning chemicals properly.
• Practicing sound customer service when communicating with residents and families.
• Protecting and respecting resident privacy and keeping information confidential.
