White Lodging Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time Hotel Housekeeper for Milwaukee Marriott Downtown. Shifts run 8:30am-4:30pm on weekdays and 9:00am-5:00pm on weekends, with hourly pay of $16-$17 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong guest focus and customer service skills.
• Reliability, dependability, and attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Motivation and initiative for a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Completion of housekeeping training with certification sign-off.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally; stand/move for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality housekeeping service to guests, exceeding expectations in every room.

The Milwaukee Marriott Downtown is looking for full-time Housekeepers!

Our full-time Housekeepers will work from 8:30am-4:30pm during weekday shifts and 9am-5pm on weekend shifts. Compensation is $16-$17 per hour based on experience level.

What You'll Do

• Deliver the highest quality of hotel housekeeping service to guests - anticipating needs and consistently exceeding expectations in every guest room and suite


• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to premium hotel standards - ensuring every surface, fixture, and amenity is spotless and guest-ready


• Strip dirty linens and trash, make beds, dust all surfaces, vacuum carpets, and restock guest room supplies and amenities


• Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart to maintain an efficient and professional room attendant workflow


• Self-inspect completed guest rooms and submit accurate room status reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor upon completion


• Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe hotel environment for guests and associates


• Perform other duties as assigned

• Prior hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or professional cleaning experience preferred - one year preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate
