Duties and Essential Functions

1. Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, common rooms (party room, children's play room, fitness center), and other work areas to meet health standards.
2. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaners and shampooers.
3. Empty wastebaskets, ashtrays, and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
4. Carry toilet items and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts.
5. Maintain floors by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing with appropriate equipment.
6. Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
7. Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and organized.
8. Remove debris from driveways, garages, and swimming pool areas.
9. Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; wax and polish as needed.
10. Report maintenance issues such as burned-out lights, leaks, or broken equipment to the Building Maintenance Department.
11. Disinfect equipment and supplies using germicides or steam sterilizers.
12. Dust window blinds.
13. Observe safety standards and precautions to ensure a safe work environment.
14. Protect residents, guests, and property; report damage, theft, or found articles to supervisors.
15. Prepare rooms for meetings, including arranging decorations and furniture for social or business events.
16. Use new equipment properly and follow safety procedures.
17. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
18. Work Schedule: Full-Time on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7am to 3:30pm; Wednesday & Thursday from 12:00pm to 8:30pm.
19. Pay Rate: $15 per hour.
