PIN OAKS LIVING CENTER in Mexico, Missouri, is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to join our team. You will perform housekeeping in resident rooms and common areas, maintain cleanliness and safety, and ensure equipment is clean and functional.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred), reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Healthcare or commercial laundry/housekeeping experience is preferred. A varied schedule may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Reliable and punctual; able to follow schedules.
• Healthcare or commercial housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping in resident rooms.
• Clean common areas of the facility.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure equipment is clean and working.
• Remove trash and soiled linens; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a solid work ethic and customer service.
• Operate basic commercial laundry equipment.

Housekeeper Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details
• Perform housekeeping duties in Resident rooms
• Responsible for cleaning common areas of the facility
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times
• Removal of trash & soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds
• Must be able to work as a team member
• Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service
• Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment

Housekeeper Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Must be Reliable and Keep to a Schedule
• May Need to Work a Varied Schedule, as requested
• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
