ST. JAMES LIVING CENTER in St. James, Missouri is seeking a housekeeper to join our team. You will perform housekeeping duties in resident rooms and common areas, maintaining cleanliness and safety across the facility, and operating laundry equipment.

Must be reliable, able to follow a varied schedule, and work well with others. Prior healthcare or commercial housekeeping/laundry experience is preferred and valued by our team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Reliable and able to follow schedules.
• Varied schedule may be required.
• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred).
• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.
• Operate and maintain commercial laundry equipment.
• Support teamwork and customer service.
• Lift up to fifty pounds as needed.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition.

ST. JAMES LIVING CENTER, located in St. James, Missouri is currently seeking a housekeeper to join our team.

Housekeeper Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details
• Perform housekeeping duties in Resident rooms
• Responsible for cleaning common areas of the facility
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times
• Removal of trash & soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds
• Must be able to work as a team member
• Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service
• Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment

Housekeeper Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Must be Reliable and Keep to a Schedule
• May Need to Work a Varied Schedule, as requested
• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
