Job summary

Paycom is seeking a full-time General Labor associate for Mesa Valley Estates in Mesquite, NV. The role pays $15.00–$17.00 per hour and entails cleaning, trash removal, and upkeep of apartments and common areas.

The position requires CPR/First Aid certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Work is on-site with duties assigned by management.

• Vacuum apartments, common and office areas.
• Dust apartments, common and office areas.
• Empty trash from apartments, common areas, bathrooms and office areas.
• Clean carpet in apartments, common office areas.
• Clean bathrooms in apartments, common and office areas.
• Clean entryway, patios, courtyards and ashtrays.
• Clean sidewalk areas near entryways.
• Clean courtyard furnishings.
• Clean debris from perimeter of building.
• Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
