• Vacuums, sweeps, and empties trash receptacles.
• Cleans fixtures, blinds, pictures, shelves, drapes and ashtrays.
• Move furniture.
• Refills toilet supplies in restrooms and hand sanitizer units as needed.
• Shampoo carpets, strips and waxes floors, as required.
• Shovels snow in entryways as required.
• Mop floors on a regular basis.
• Serves on an on-call list to assist with emergency cleanups.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Details: Job Location: Main Campus - Las Vegas NM - Las Vegas , NM, Position Type: Full Time -Reg, Education Level: High School or GED, Salary Range: $15.15Hourly, Job Category: Staff, SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and sterile environment for assigned areas. This position is represented by a labor union and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement upon completion of probationary period.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Wash windows, restrooms and kitchenettes, employee lounges, porches, entryways, walls, doors, and windows as needed.
• Vacuums, sweeps, and empties trash receptacles.
