The Residence Inn Boston Marlborough is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Full-Time Housekeeper to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms and public spaces. You will perform cleaning duties, make beds, replenish linens and supplies, vacuum, and ensure health standards are consistently met, while upholding Crestline Hotels & Resorts' service standards.

No prior experience required; Some High School education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and items on wheeled carts.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas to maintain cleanliness and health standards.
• Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash.
• Replenish supplies such as linens, glasses, and bathroom items.
• Keep storage areas and carts clean and organized.
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
• Clean rugs, carpets, and draperies; use vacuum cleaners and shampooers.
• Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; perform waxing and polishing as needed.
• Hang draperies and dust window blinds.
• Observe safety precautions to protect hotel property and guest belongings; report damage or loss.
• Remove debris from driveways, garages, and pool areas.
• Sort, count, and store clean linens in linen closets.

Rate of Pay: $16.00/per hour

Overview

The Housekeeper will perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness of guest's rooms in an orderly manner. Duties may include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met.
• Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items.
• Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers.
• Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary.
• Hang draperies and dust window blinds.
