Responsibilities

• Clean common areas and residents’ apartments according to schedule and maintain a healthy and attractive environment.
• Monitor and maintain standards of cleanliness within all areas of the community daily.
• Adhere to meetings such as health and safety, infection prevention and control, monthly team meetings.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
• Report maintenance problems observed to the Maintenance Director.
• Maintain a professional and helpful attitude towards residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the community.
• Assist with cleaning of resident bedrooms when required.
• May change bedding, do laundry, and keep inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Respond with urgency upon requests.

Job Location: Marietta, GA 30064; Position Type: Full Time; Salary Range: $15.00 Hourly; Job Shift: AM Shift; Job Title: Housekeeper

Summary: The Housekeeper is responsible for observing all guidelines regarding infection control and local standards while assuring the highest degree of quality resident care and cleanliness is always maintained. They will also maintain the appearance of the community for the comfort and use of residents, family members, visitors, and associates.

Responsibilities and Duties

• The housekeeper will clean common areas and residents’ apartments according to schedule and maintain a healthy and attractive environment
• To monitor, check and maintain standards of cleanliness within all areas of the community on a daily basis.
• To adhere to all meetings such as health and safety, infection prevention and control, monthly team meetings.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
• To report any maintenance problems observed either in residents’ bedrooms or around the community immediately to the Maintenance Director.
• To maintain a professional and helpful attitude whilst on duty towards residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
• To collaborate with all the other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the community.
• To assist when required with the cleaning of resident bedrooms
• In addition to cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms and communal spaces, housekeepers may also be required to change bedding, do laundry, and keep inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Respond with urgency upon requests
