The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and overall readiness across all properties. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless luxury guest experience by ensuring each home is impeccably cleaned, fully prepared, and consistently maintained to brand standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform detailed cleaning of all assigned properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring each space meets luxury cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Prepare and stage homes for guest arrivals, including making beds, arranging linens, and ensuring all areas are visually polished and guest-ready.
• Restock all required supplies, including toiletries, linens, and household essentials, according to company standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of each property to ensure quality, cleanliness, and readiness prior to guest check-in.
• Identify and promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the appropriate team.
• Follow all company cleaning protocols, checklists, and procedures to maintain consistency across all properties.
• Handle all furnishings, décor, and property items with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while performing job duties.
• Respect guest privacy and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with supervisors and team members regarding property status and any concerns.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all assignments are completed within designated timeframes.
• Support team operations as needed, including assisting with special projects or deep cleaning assignments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the workday.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach frequently while performing cleaning tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds, including linens, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting,and scrubbing.
• Ability to climb stairs and, when necessary, use step stools or ladders safely.
• Ability to work in a variety of indoor environments, including exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures.
• Strong visual attention to detail, including the ability to identify cleanliness issues and maintain high presentation standards.
• Ability to work at a consistent pace while maintaining quality and accuracy.
