Job summary

Associa is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to keep buildings clean, stocked, and well-maintained. Duties include trash removal, sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, and restocking supplies to ensure a pristine environment for residents and staff.

Qualified candidates will have 0–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong safety and customer service skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; this is an on-site role with a $1000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, including safety, reporting, and regulations.
• Knowledge of state or local governmental safety requirements.
• Knowledge of equipment associated with custodial trades.
• Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
• Professional customer service skills.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0 -- 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs housekeeping functions, including emptying trash receptacles, wiping down counters, stocking towels and shower products.
• Empties used towel bins to be sent to the laundry.
• Clean assigned areas including furniture, telephones, fixtures, walls, windows, window sills, blinds and vents.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum all area floors, rest rooms and break areas.
• Clean rest room facilities and replenish supplies.
• Perform general cleaning, light floor care and special event set ups.
• Collect and remove trash and recyclables.
