Job summary

Sodalis Senior Living in Largo, FL is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the Community interior and residents' apartments in a clean, sanitary, and courteous manner. You will perform general housekeeping for the Community and apartments, including cleaning common areas and resident spaces, and you will launder linens according to procedures.

Deep cleaning of apartments, refrigerator defrosting as needed, and regular sanitation per policy are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced hospitality skills.
• 1 year: Commercial Cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide general housekeeping for the Community and resident apartments, including vacumming, dusting, and cleaning of common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and apartments.
• Resident apartments include cleaning/defrosting refrigerators, checking heat system filters, changing beds and linens, and maintaining linen supplies.
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments as needed, focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures.
• Launder all linens in the provided laundry facilities.
• Follow company sanitation and safety procedures.

• Pay or shift range: $15 USD to $17.50 USD

Description

In the role of Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the Community interior, including resisdents' apartments, in a clean and sanitary fashion and in a courteous and friendly manner.

• Provide general housekeeping for both the Community as a whole and individual resident apartments. This includes but is not limited to: vacumming, dusting, and cleaning the main entryway, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and resident apartments.
• Resident apartments also include cleaning and defrosting refridgerators (as needed), cleaning and checking heat system filters etc., changing bed the bed and linens, and ensuring adequate linen supplies in each apartment. Turn mattress (with assistance) as necessary and empty waste baskets.
• Provide deep cleaning of apartments as needed. Pay special attention to the main entry area, focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows and light fixtures.
• Launder all linens by washing and drying in the laundry facilities provided.
• Follow Company sanitation and safety procedures.
