Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain residential and communal spaces across our Norfolk properties. This role covers homes, offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, mail rooms, fitness areas, and pool facilities.
Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and reporting maintenance needs. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work well both independently and in a team setting.
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning homes, offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, mail rooms, exercise rooms, and swimming pool areas, and maintaining these areas in an attractive condition. Additional duties may include administrative and other reasonable tasks as requested by management.
We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The pay rate for this position is $17.53, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer.
