Job description

Housekeeper (Finance)

Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning floors, dusting, removing trash, wet mopping, waxing, and disinfecting resident apartments, restrooms, and public spaces. Their tasks include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing carpets, and cleaning surfaces throughout the community.

Additional responsibilities include responding to resident room emergencies and logging cleaning activities as required. Housekeepers interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Full-time associates are eligible for additional benefits including paid time off, holidays, company-provided life insurance, adoption benefits, disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, optional life and dependent life insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

The base pay range is $13.00 to $14.85 per hour, determined by skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.
