• Cleaning customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards - Follow our process to delight every customer. Tips are also possible!
• Communicating with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner - Making customers feel cared for will help you succeed.

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely - Responsible for driving yourself and your team.
• Maintain equipment - Take care of cleaning equipment and ensure the car is stocked with supplies.
