• Compensation: $15/hr. to $16/hr., FLSA Non-Exempt
• Supervisor: Janitorial Supervisor
• Work Week: 40 hours

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including all common areas, restrooms, and assigned spaces.
2. Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning of windows and restrooms.
3. Manage trash removal and ensure areas are inviting and well-maintained.
4. Uphold a clean and safe work environment.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge & Skills:

1. At least 1 year of cleaning experience in office, commercial, or high-traffic residential facilities.
2. Excellent customer service skills and pride in work.
3. Ability to work quickly, take initiative, and follow through.
4. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies handling.
5. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks for up to 8 hours, including stooping, kneeling, and walking.
6. Proficiency in cleaning various surfaces and materials.
7. Immediate availability to start work.
8. Attention to detail, thoroughness, and efficiency.
9. Initiative to identify and address cleaning needs beyond daily routines.
10. Flexibility, good judgment, and prioritization skills.
11. Customer-focused attitude and positive demeanor.
12. Ability to manage supplies and inventory.
13. Willingness to wear appropriate attire, including scrubs, when necessary.
14. Strong sense of responsibility for maintaining cleanliness.

16. Spanish/English bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
