JOB DESCRIPTION: This individual is responsible for the cleaning and preparation of room/suites for guests, maintaining standards of consistency. This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture to create a welcoming atmosphere that exceeds guest expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Clean assigned rooms/suites according to standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas within the specified time.
• Restock supplies such as towels, soap, and paper products.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior entry areas and hallways.
• Manage and restock housekeeping cart daily.
• Handle key control and report any out-of-the-ordinary situations.
• Manage lost and found items.
• Respond to guest requests and handle complaints appropriately.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms.
• Keep linen closets and supply areas organized.
• Report maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety standards.
• Move furniture as needed for cleaning and perform deep cleaning tasks.
• Respond to guest needs promptly.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably at least six months of related experience, hospitality preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing (drug test, background check).
• Full availability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• English proficiency (multi-lingual a plus).
