JOB DESCRIPTION: This individual is responsible for the cleaning and preparation of room/suites for guests, maintaining standards of consistency. This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture to create a welcoming atmosphere that exceeds guest expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Clean assigned rooms/suites according to standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas within the specified time.
- Restock supplies such as towels, soap, and paper products.
- Maintain cleanliness of exterior entry areas and hallways.
- Manage and restock housekeeping cart daily.
- Handle key control and report any out-of-the-ordinary situations.
- Manage lost and found items.
- Respond to guest requests and handle complaints appropriately.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms.
- Keep linen closets and supply areas organized.
- Report maintenance needs.
- Follow all safety standards.
- Move furniture as needed for cleaning and perform deep cleaning tasks.
- Respond to guest needs promptly.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably at least six months of related experience, hospitality preferred.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing (drug test, background check).
- Full availability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

- English proficiency (multi-lingual a plus).
