Job summary

Applebrook Homes LLC in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of the resort office, public restrooms, pool areas and common spaces, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming and trash removal.

Responsibilities include cleaning showers and laundry areas twice daily, lightly cleaning up to 9 rental cabins a day, keeping areas tidy to our standards and reporting maintenance needs to the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Motivated and dedicated to serving customers.
• Must be able to maintain high standards and work safely.
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be within commuting distance from the property.

• Report any maintenance concerns for repairs in common areas to the Property Manager.
• Work closely with management to maintain open communications.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Summary:

The Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property's office, public restrooms, pool areas, and common spaces with duties including but not limited to mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. This role involves keeping track of cleaning supply inventory, reporting issues to the Property Manager, and taking pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Required Skills/Experience:

• At least 1 year of previous housekeeping experience in a hospitality environment, required.
• High School Diploma or GED, required.
