Job summary

Manna Post Acute, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Pickens, SC, seeks a dependable Housekeeper for a full‑time position. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff, contributing to infection control and patient well‑being.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms and common areas, following safety procedures, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, organized, and team‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Clean public spaces including lobbies, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Clean walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, and high‑touch surfaces.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies safely.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
• Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, and supply needs promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
• Work independently and as part of a team to maintain facility cleanliness standards.
