Job summary

Manna Post Acute in Pickens, South Carolina, is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role helps support resident well-being and ensures the facility remains sanitary and welcoming.

We offer $14–$16 per hour, part-time flexibility, PRN opportunities, and a supportive, team-oriented culture. Healthcare housekeeping experience is a plus, and a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.

• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. This role plays a critical part in supporting resident well‑being and ensuring our facility remains welcoming and sanitary.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas
• Clean public spaces, including lobbies, restrooms, and dining areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Clean walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, and other surfaces
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies safely and effectively
• Maintain housekeeping carts, supply rooms, and equipment in a clean and organized manner
• Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, and supply needs promptly
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors
• Work independently and as part of a team to maintain facility cleanliness standards
