Housekeeper - Carter Creek Management Company is seeking to fill FIFTEEN (15) Housekeeper positions in Irvington, VA, from approximately 04/01/2025 to 12/1/2025. This is a temporary, full-time, peak load position.

Duties

• Make beds, replenish linens, clean rooms and halls, vacuum, and perform other light cleaning duties to maintain the hotel in a clean and orderly manner.
• Load carts with supplies, restock guest supplies, and report maintenance problems in guest rooms to the supervisor.
• Keep housekeeping carts clean and supplies organized, assist in keeping housekeeping closets stocked and orderly.

Requirements

Requires at least 3 months of experience in housekeeping or a similar cleaning occupation.

Terms & Conditions of Employment

• Full-time position, at least 35 hours per week, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday.
• Wages start at $15.00 per hour, with overtime paid at $22.50 per hour (1.5x rate).
• Paid biweekly, with all legal deductions.

Additional Details

• On-the-job training provided; tools, supplies, and equipment are supplied at no charge.
• Optional employee housing available at $219.23 per paycheck deduction.
• Benefits from day 1 include EAP, discounts, and free meals; health insurance begins after 30 days; accrued PTO after 90 days.

Transportation & Reimbursements

• Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence if 50% of the contract is completed, payable after 50% completion.

• Reimbursement for visa and related fees is provided in the first workweek.

Guarantee

The employer guarantees three-fourths of the total work hours in each 12-week period.
