Avantara Huron is seeking a Floor Tech/Housekeeper to uphold cleanliness and infection control standards in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will clean and sanitize all areas, operate housekeeping tools and chemicals, and contribute to a safe, high-quality resident environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum eleventh grade education.
• Prior Floor Tech/Housekeeping experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferable.
• Buffing/waxing experience is a plus.

As a Floor Tech/Housekeeper you are instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and infection control standards of our resident's environment. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Huron by cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility and operating housekeeping related tools, chemicals and equipment. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure a clean and safe environment.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an eleventh (11th) grade education. Prior Floor Tech/ Housekeeping experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable. (Buffing/waxing)
