Job summary

Wallick Senior Living in Hilliard, OH, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to support residents by maintaining clean common areas and individual rooms. The role operates 8am-4pm, full-time, with a pay rate of $15/hour and an emphasis on safety and teamwork.

You will assist with laundry, uphold cleanliness standards, and contribute to a culture of resident-focused care. Wallick offers health/dental/vision, 401K, and an employee-owned environment that supports career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED desirable.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, residents and family members.
• Ability to apply basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping in common areas and residents' rooms.
• Ensure caution/safety signs are properly set up.
• Keep areas clean and store equipment, supplies, and tools appropriately.
• Keep supervisor informed of supply needs.
• Assist in laundry as directed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Perform the day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned including common areas and resident's rooms.
• Assure that appropriate Caution/Safety signs are properly set up.
• Assure that work/assignment areas are clean and that equipment, tools, supplies, etc., are properly stored at all times.
• Keep supervisor informed of supply needs.
• Assist in laundry as directed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
