Job summary

Weinstein Properties is hiring a Housekeeper in Grapevine, TX. You will clean and maintain common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, and model homes to keep communities welcoming.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced team. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, a 401k match, and paid time off.

We have a fantastic Housekeeper opportunity available!

Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Locations: Bexley Grapevine

Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $16.50/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses

Things Candidates Should Know Before Starting

• You will get dirty: Tasks include cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, clean and stock coffee station, cleaning vacant and model units and completing freshens in the model and vacant ready homes, and other potentially unpleasant (but necessary) duties.


• Repetition is part of the job: Many tasks (like cleaning the clubhouse) are daily, recurring responsibilities.


• This is a busy and physically demanding role: This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks. The person in this position must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
