Job summary

Weinstein Properties in Abbington West End, Georgia, invites you to join our hands-on Housekeeping team. This role keeps our apartment communities clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, day in and day out.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with starting pay at $16.50 per hour plus quarterly bonuses. We offer paid holidays, vacation and sick time, health, dental and vision insurance, and a 401k with company match.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas, offices, clubhouse and amenities daily.
• Clean and stock coffee station and maintain model and vacant homes.
• Perform freshening tasks in model units and vacant ready homes.
• Assist maintenance team as needed and support on-site operations.

Housekeeper Pay:

Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $16.50/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses

Bonus*:

Currently eligible for a $1000 stay on bonus after 90 days and in good standing.

Things Candidates Should Know Before Starting

• This is a hands on role: Tasks include cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, clean and stock coffee station, cleaning vacant and model units and completing freshens in the model and vacant ready homes, and other potentially unpleasant (but necessary) duties.
• Standardization is part of the job: Many tasks (like cleaning the clubhouse) are daily, recurring responsibilities.
• This is a busy and physically demanding role: This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks. The person in this position must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
