• Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Replace linens, towels, and other room amenities according to hotel standards.
• Refill supplies (toiletries, coffee, tissues, etc.) in guest rooms.
• Empty trash and remove dirty linens.
• Check rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or needed repairs to management.
• Restock housekeeping carts at the end of each shift.
• Clean and maintain hallways, stairways, and public areas.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Assist with laundry as needed.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within the required time frames.
• Respond to guest requests politely and promptly.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and cleaning checklists.
