Responsibilities

• Guest Room Cleaning: stripping linens, beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash.
• Amenity Replenishment: restocking soap, shampoo, towels, coffee, and toiletries.
• Public Areas & Hygiene: clean corridors, elevators, lobbies, gym areas, and restrooms with sanitization of high-touch surfaces.
• Maintenance Reporting: identify and report broken fixtures or appliances to maintenance.
• Safety and Confidentiality: follow cleaning safety rules and guest privacy signs.
• Inventory Management: organize, clean, and restock housekeeping carts.

Hotelhousekeeping ensures guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces areclean, safe, and hygienic, typically involving daily, high-speed cleaning of12–16 rooms per shift. Key duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms,vacuuming, replenishing amenities (towels, toiletries), and reportingmaintenance issues.

PrimaryResponsibilities and Duties:

• Guest Room Cleaning: Strippingused linens, making beds with fresh linens, cleaning and disinfectingbathrooms, dusting furniture, vacuuming floors, and emptying trash.
• Amenity Replenishment: Restockingitems such as soap, shampoo, coffee, towels, and toilet paper, as well ascleaning/replacing glassware and amenities.
• Public Areas & Hygiene: Cleaningand maintaining corridors, elevators, lobbies, gym areas, and publicrestrooms, with a focus on sanitizing high-touch surfaces.
• Maintenance Reporting: Identifyingand reporting broken light bulbs, broken appliances, or damaged fixtures to the maintenance department.
• Safety and Confidentiality: Adheringto cleaning safety standards, handling cleaning chemicals properly, andrespecting guest privacy/do not disturb signs.
• Inventory Management: Organizing,cleaning, and restocking housekeeping carts.
