Job summary

Envive Healthcare of Evansville is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, comfortable living spaces for residents. You will perform daily cleanup in resident rooms and in common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent), be reliable and punctual, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work well in a team. A varied schedule may be requested.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Must be Reliable and Keep to a Schedule
• May Need to Work a Varied Schedule, as requested
• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details.
• Perform housekeeping chores in Resident rooms
• Responsible for cleaning common areas of the facility
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times
• Removal of trash & soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds
• Must be able to work as a team member
• Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service
• Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment
