Job summary

Traditions-Management in Indiana is hiring a dedicated housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas of our care facility. You will perform routine cleaning, with attention to detail and safety.

The role requires reliability, ability to follow schedules, and may include varied shifts. Prior healthcare or commercial laundry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
• Reliable and able to maintain a schedule.
• Ability to work a varied schedule as needed.
• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year preferred.
• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details.
• Perform housekeeping chores in Resident rooms.

• Removal of trash & soiled linens; may lift up to fifty pounds.

• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times
• Removal of trash & soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds
• Must be able to work as a team member
• Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service
• Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment

Housekeeper Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Must be Reliable and Keep to a Schedule
• May Need to Work a Varied Schedule, as requested
• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
