Morningside Elite Management is hiring Housekeepers to join our team in Setauket, New York. We offer full-time, part-time, or per diem/PRN roles with competitive pay and a generous benefits package.

Housekeepers will maintain cleanliness in residents' apartments and common areas, working under the Director of Plant Operations. Training, safety, and a positive, professional demeanor are required to ensure high standards for our residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways and common areas.
• Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Housekeeper participates in annual cleaning schedules.
• Utilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines.
• Informs supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns.
• Keeps housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good working order.
• Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
• Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
• Housekeeper maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management.
• Housekeeper performs other duties as assigned.

Housekeeper - Summary:

Housekeeper - Requirements:
