Morningside Elite Management is hiring a Housekeeper for our Blue Bell-area senior living community. This role maintains cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas, reporting to the Director of Plant Operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning of apartments, hallways and common areas.
• Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Housekeeper participates in annual cleaning schedules.
• Utilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines.
• Informs supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns.
• Keeps housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good working order.
• Participates in energy awareness program.
• Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
• Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
• Housekeeper maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management.
• Housekeeper performs other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking Part & Full-Time housekeepers to support our community. This role plays an important part in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning of common areas and resident apartments per assignment provided

• Contribute to the overall presentation and functionality of the building

Housekeeper - Summary:

Housekeeper - Requirements:

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
