Meadowview of Davenport, a beautiful new senior care campus that opened earlier this year in Davenport, IA, is hiring a Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team!

In this role, you will be in charge of several customer-facing duties that will include greeting residents in our dining room and in the front lobby, handling meal requests and delivering food to their table, assisting guests who arrive to our building, and more! If you thrive on helping others, this position may be right for you!

This position is part-time a flexible day shift

Pay: $18 hr.

Duties:

• Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff
• Maintain facilities and common areas
• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of common areas/restrooms
• Clean and perform light housekeeping in resident apartments as requested
• Clean, vacuum, mop, and dispose of waste in assigned areas
• Maintain equipment, custodial closet, and cart in a clean/orderly fashion
• Sanitation of Assisted Living Facilities
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have full mobility
• Is compassionate, motivated, and a self-starter
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience working with seniors and vulnerable adults preferred, but not required
• Background check required
